"Centrowet" Rzeszów is one of the oldest companies in Poland dealing with a trade and supplying the veterinarians with the medicaments, veterinary - zootechnical equipment and the other products for the care and feeding of the animals. It was established in January 1, 1951 as Rzeszów division of Veterinary - Zootechny Supplaying Head Office "Centrowet" in Warsaw, and already in July 1, 1955 it obtained its own organizational independence transforming in Rzeszów Veterinary - Zootechny Supplaying Enterprise "Centrowet". |

In autumn 1995 the enterprise was privatizated in result of which there was established a commercial company named "Centrowet" Rzeszów Ltd., and among the shareholders there were the owners of the Veterinary Medicines Wholesaler "Alka" from Dębica, as external strategical investors. The cooperation started in this way between the largest partners in region has fructified after 5 years with the decision about formal merger of economic subjects. |

In August 1, 2000 Veterinary Medicines Wholesaler "Alka" in Dębica was entered in a form of contribution to "Centrowet" Rzeszów Ltd. |
